Das war verdammt lecker! Wir waren zum Geburtstag im Restaurant, top Timing, alle haben kurz hintereinander essen bekommen. Gute Portionen, auch für Kinder gibt es Auswahl. Es war auch kein Problem Beilagen o.ä zu tauschen. Ich hatte ein super gebratenes Rumpfsteak medium Jederzeit wieder!

Der Ruckshof war schon immer ein gemütlicher Ort zum Einkehren in der Hornburger Gastronomie. Für gutes Essen und einen gemütlichen Innenhof war das Restaurant bekannt. Was aber der neue Inhaber aus dem Laden im letzten Jahr gemacht hat, lässt sich schwer in Worten beschreiben: Die Verbindung aus rustikalem Fachwerk und modernen Elementen ist mehr als gelungen und die Atmosphäre hat etwas Pub-Ähnliches, aber mit deutlich besserem Essen! :-) Die Karte bietet für jeden etwas, von Tapas-Vorspeisen über vegetarischen Speisen bis hin zu Steaks und Schnitzeln! Mein Favorit ist die Chorizo-Pfanne und der Lachs bei den Hauptsspeisen! Auf jeden Fall testen! Auf der Getränkekarte finden sich keine 0815-Biere die man überall bekommt, sondern neben einem süffigen Kellerbier auch ein Helles. Und sollte der Abend mal länger werden, kann man hier auch gut und gern bis in die späteren Abendstunden feiern. Denn Christinel und Joana sind nicht nur Top-Gastronomen, sondern auch herzensgute Menschen!
